Anonymous Influencers, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a North Carolina limited liability company based in Charlotte, NC. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your information.

It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, including meant2.com and wholisticrebirth.com, each of which maintains its own privacy policy.

1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. This is the only personal information we actively request. We do not require account creation, passwords, payment information, or any other personally identifiable information to use the Site.
Information Collected Automatically
The Site itself does not currently use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. However, our hosting provider (Railway) may collect standard server logs, including IP addresses, request timestamps, and pages visited, as part of normal infrastructure operations.
Information Collected by Third Parties
Our newsletter signup form is provided by Beehiiv, a third-party newsletter platform. When you interact with or submit the embedded Beehiiv form, Beehiiv may collect additional information including your IP address, browser type, device information, and approximate location. After subscribing, Beehiiv tracks email opens, link clicks, and engagement metrics. Beehiiv may also use cookies from Cloudflare (for security) and its own analytics. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect payment information, government-issued IDs, Social Security numbers, biometric data, or any sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 for visitors from the EU/EEA).

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To deliver our newsletter and related communications via Beehiiv

6. Data Retention
Your email address is retained for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send. Upon unsubscribing, your email address will be removed from our active mailing list. Beehiiv may retain a record of your subscription for up to 30 days after unsubscription for operational purposes.
Server logs collected by our hosting provider are retained according to Railway's standard data retention practices.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. The Site uses HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit and employs security headers including Content Security Policy (CSP), HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, and a strict Referrer Policy.
While we take security seriously, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. You may also contact us to request information about what data we hold about you.
EU/EEA/UK Residents (GDPR)

Categories of personal information collected in the preceding 12 months: Identifiers (email address). We do not collect commercial information, biometric data, browsing history, geolocation data, professional information, education information, or inferences drawn from any of the above.
North Carolina Residents
Under North Carolina's data privacy law (H.B. 462, effective January 1, 2026), you have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data, as well as the right to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and profiling.
Other US State Privacy Laws

9. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
The Site does not currently track users, so Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals do not change the Site's behavior. If we implement tracking technologies in the future, we will honor GPC signals as required by applicable law.
10. Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)
In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, every email we send will:
- Include accurate sender information and our company name
- Contain a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism
- Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days
- Include our physical mailing address
- Not use deceptive subject lines or misleading headers
